而且在業餘運動裡受傷比例是很高的。 最常見的有：手指(板機指)、腰椎、膝蓋、頸椎等等關節受傷。 為什麼呢？？ 最大的原因有幾個 1.太用力了：好多人一拿起球桿後，都化身為崔真雄先生，每一球都死命用力催落去~~~~明明是個優雅的運動… 2.太刻意模仿選手：選手的身體素質跟我們一般人不一樣，硬要學選手的標準動作我們的身體是負擔不了的，就像開一台國民小房車硬要學賽車飄移甩尾，下場就是翻車… 3.沒熱身：有在運動的人都知道熱身與收操的重要性，但是大多數的人在打球前就是隨便轉轉身體就算了，然後一上台就是全力開球… 怎麼避免呢？ 1.溫柔一點啊~沒事那麼用力抓球桿幹嘛？那麼用力貓地球幹嘛？請溫柔優雅有節奏感的揮桿~ 2.不要太強調學習選手的教科書動作，我們要練習的是適合我們身體素質的節奏。記得，做自己做得到的事，而不是做選手做得到的事。
