第十一階段 平衡訓練 步態不穩和平衡感問題是最常見的跌倒原因,想要預防跌倒,身體平衡感是否夠靈敏,快要跌倒時是否能快速反應,對老人防跌非常重要。維持平衡主要仰賴三個重要的感知器官,接收外在的感覺回饋:包括眼睛、內耳前庭和半規管,以及本體的感覺。
